Each apartment has a complete kitchen, one, one and one half, or two bathrooms, and a private balcony. The monthly fee covers day to day living plus an array of amenities, and there are 24 hour security and health services on the premises.

The monthly maintenance fee includes interior and exterior maintenance, weekly housekeeping, daily meal, weekly flat-linen laundering, recreation and entertainment, transportation, social service, health maintenance, cable television, heat and electricity, administrative and operational expense, access to all community spaces, access to skilled facility beds when required.

Sweetwood offers spacious lounges, a library, an intimate living room, elegant dining room, cocktail lounge, indoor pool, fitness center, greenhouse, arts and crafts center, workshop, and more.

Other amenities include covered parking, a store for small household purchases, beauty parlor and bank.
Pets are welcome.
The one-time entrance fee is 90% refundable.
