Al joined Alton & Westall in 2002 and heads up the agency’s commercial real estate activity and is the in-house Berkshire concierge.  Al came to the area in 1967 to lead the regional Chamber of Commerce and then went on to direct both the county’s economic development agency and the Berkshire Visitor’s Bureau. He had a “wonderful 20 year run” with Light and Power Productions, a corporate meetings and special events business, becoming President and owner.  Al is a graduate of Bates College, a  22-year member of the North Adams City Council and has been married to Nancy for 40 years.  Together they have two daughters and five grandchildren.
